Everything is Blooming

Today I went to a class at the Summerwinds Nursery about what to plant for summer flowers! Here in Arizona I have never had too much luck with anything unless it was a cactus... OUCH!! I love the man who teaches it, Ryan, he is so smart. You not only learn about the plants, but the whole ecosystem. This is my trunk after class. I just hope they do well! :)

 I was so inspired, that I tried my hand at no line coloring! Now this is my first attempt, but I am happy with how it turned out. I would love to do a future class with this technique, but I really have to practice! What do you think?

I came home today and had my new In Color ink pads waiting for me!! Wow that made my whole day and I have this weekend to PLAY with them!!  I can't decide what I love best.....

Just Announced At On Stage Convention

Stampin Up is ReVamping their Color Families and Ink Pads-
Yesterday I posted the Retiring List and you may be wondering why ALL of the Stampin' UP! ink pads and reinkers are on the that list... In the new 2018-2019 Annual catalog, you are going to see a new ink pad design. Stampin' UP! is changing to a new design of ink pad (more info to come soon!).  
If you want to complete any of your existing ink pad collections in the current design, get them soon!
They are also reformulating the ink with a de-foaming agent (so that you don't get any of those little bubbles on your ink pads or stamped images)! They have also changed the design of the stamp pad container!

Some additional colors have changed collections as well—you’ll notice this as you look through the new collections below. You can refer to the old and new color charts in the 2018-2019 catalog. These changes were based on needing to maintain color balance in our updated collections.The new catalogs will be coming soon! YEA!!

In addition to 4 of the 5 current In Colors, 13 more Stampin' UP! colors are retiring-17 total colors are retiring!

Flirty Flamingo (a current In Color) will be coming back!

On May 31, 2018, thirteen colors are retiring.

OdySEA

So Keith and I are celebrating our 27th Anniversary this week! That in itself is AMAZING in this day and age! LOL But we just got home from a truly AMAZING weekend.....
We spent our anniversary in Scottsdale at the Courtyard Marriott Salt River, it was a fabulous hotel with an outstanding bunch of employees! Saturday we traveled over to the new OdySea Aquarium. It was so fun! Here are a few pictures that I took with just my cell phone... can you imagine if I had used my 35mm??? They even had a bar in there and I had the best sangria! Nummy! Love you Keith and happy anniversary! XXOO
