This background was so easy to make with my reinkers and aqua painters.
Step 1- Saturate a piece of Shimmery White cardstock
Step 2- Take a clear block and drop a couple drops of Pool Party reinker and swipe on card with Aqua painter
Step 3- Repeat step 2 using Coastal Cabana reinker
Step 4- Repeat Step 2 with Lemon Lime Twist
Step 5- Let dry before applying any decor
LOVE IT!
