Painted Skys

It is with a heavy heart that I post this today... my best friend, Carol, who has been battling cancer for over 6 years, has passed away. 

My bestie for as long as I can remember (since we were 7 years old!). She was loved by so many and we were so blessed to have her in our lives. 

Her husband sent me this picture-

This was taken over the chapel just after her services. As my sister said, "She is painting in the sky". What a gift she truly was! I will miss you my love, but know that you are always watching over us!
